Apartment MOB

In this holiday apartment, located on the first line on the beach, the main objective of the intervention was to update the spaces, transforming an apartment from the 80's into a modern, functional apartment that privileged the connection of all common areas: kitchen, living room and covered terrace.
With a sensitive intervention and attentive to details, it was possible to update a dated apartment in an interesting project that resulted in a better used space for the conviviality of holidays.

In this holiday apartment, located on the first line on the beach, the main objective of the intervention was to update the spaces, transforming an apartment from the 80's into a modern, functional apartment that privileged the connection of all common areas: kitchen, living room and covered terrace.
The bathroom has been updated with a large shower, new technical installations and finishings. The small storage room at the entrance was transformed into a children's room and the kitchen became more generously connected with the living room, by creating a counter between them and a storage wall that defined and separated a small hall from the main common space, the living room with kitchenette. Functional wardrobes have been created in the bedrooms. The transformation of the outdoor covered terrace space included the installation of a composite wooden deck at the same level as the interior floor and the placement of living room furniture, allowing these 25m2 of outdoor space to become the main living and eating space of the apartment.
With a sensitive intervention and attentive to details, it was possible to update a dated apartment in an interesting project that resulted in a better used space for the conviviality of holidays.
